Launched in 2009 in Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape, South Africa. The Tshisa Talent team saw a need for a platform to Discover, Develop and Promote local performing arts talent.

An annual talent search is held to Discover the artists in our local underprivileged Garden Route communities.

Over the years we have auditioned over 1000 individuals including singers, dancers, choirs, theatre makers and musicians who aspire to take their talent further.

Once we Discover these artists through the competition we satisfy a dire need to Develop the skills of these artists. The artists most often lack the knowhow of the basics of Business Management, Financial Management, Marketing, Income Generation and Event Organising.

Workshops are facilitated by industry experts to transfer these skills to the artists. This also serves as a wonderful platform for artists to share their own experiences with each other.

These workshops empowered these artists to make a sustainable future of their talent.

Once we have discovered the talent we look for ways to assist in promoting these artists so that they can produce some income. This includes social media marketing, CD production, event organizing and placement at gigs at local events.

Those artists that excel are listed on the www.bigcircle.co.za professional entertainment agency website where they are marketed to wedding planners, event organisors and guest hosting establishments across the country and internationally.
